Closing Timelines

In certain property transactions, we may work with occupants toward a voluntary move-out arrangement commonly known as "cash for keys," where appropriate. Terms vary based on the individual situation and must be documented through appropriate agreements. Cash for keys is voluntary and is not guaranteed in any transaction.
